They gave me a quote of $ 2000.  I am not going to be using them and that is not because I have anything against them but because I was very impressed by another company’s work.  One of the other reasons why I decided not to go ahead with them was that I kept waiting for the estimate and when I called them back they could not remember when they had been to my place and also did not know who I was.  When they found me at last they faxed the estimate.  They were however punctual and came right away.  They were professional when they were at my place but when I finally called them back they were not professional and this might have been because they were busy.  

Crew arrived on-time, was very meticulous, and cleaned up each day.  Minor blemishes that were discovered after job was completed were touched up quickly and at no cost.

Imperial installed red oak hardwood flooring on our complete first floor, up the steps and on the landing on the second floor. They also sanded it and applied a water-based finish. They were very professional to work with, they returned calls in a timely fashion, any problems were handled pleasantly and efficiently. It was a very pleasant experience.

I was very satisfied with Imperial Moving Co. They were very careful with our belongings. They helped me take apart, and put together a bed. They were very helpful.

They were marvelous! I would hire them again in a minute. They were very professional and I was very happy with the service I got from them. I've been very happy with what they did.
