Four Seasons Home Products

We started this process in August 2012. There have been multiple delays, excuses, etc. (more than I can even get into here). The sunroom panels were finally delivered today (January 11, 2013), and the slab foundation has still not been poured. The sunroom was deliverd in boxes, with the promise that they would be thoroughly tarped to protect them in the interim, but the delivery person just put some tarp over the top boxes (the bottom ones are all wet now, as it has rained all day).
I have already paid approximately $30,000 toward the total amount, or I would seriously consider cancelling the whole thing. I have been assuredd by the project manager that I will be very happy with the finished project, and I certainly hope so. But the way this whole process has gone so far has been extremely frustrating. I hope that the actual physical work will be completed in a much more professional manner than I have so far experienced. If it is possible, I will try to add/update to this review after the project has been completed.
