Here is my last communication with Ms. Susan Rogers, Customer Service Supervisor: Ms. Susan Rogers: Several days ago, I received your brief "thank-you-for-your-time" message regarding my disappointment in the quality of flags I received from you. When I showed you the difference between the picture example of what you show on your website, and the actual flag that was shipped, I expected a little more positive response! I would have been satisfied with even a half-refund, and the ability to return the inferior flags to you. Because you refused to acknowledge that your photos are very misleading and downright deceptive, and the merchandise you ship is inferior and bears no resemblance at all to the product advertised, I will now make it my pleasure to advise everyone I know to never order anything from your Company! In fact, a good place for me to begin will be on Angie's List . . .
