Fan motor stopped working on our forced air heat/AC system. Technician came out and diagnosed it as a burned out fan motor ( as I suspected also). Came back next afternoon with the motor and we were up and cooling off the house. Had them charge the system as well. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again.

I'd give them an A for everything. I have used them for numerous jobs. This job took about an hour and a half.  They quickly diagnosed the problem and relieved my concerns.  They couldn't do the job right away, but they did send someone over to fix the problem until they could come do the bigger job.

Provider showed up promptly when expected. Very friendly courteous man. I explained the whole problem to him. Within 5 minutes, he pulled the cover  off the AC unit. He spotted a burnt out wire, which he stripped, and added a new connector to. Voila! it works now.again .I have to think most contractors would have told me I needed a new compressor, costing 1000s of $$$n$.

An HONEST contractor is worth a MILLION dollars.... Thanks to this company!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It was excellent. He told me the possible cause of the problem, and he fixed the problem by cranking up the temperature on the hot water. So he solved the problem. He was only required to troubleshoot the problem; he actually solved the problem. The big deal price was $39. There were no additional charges but he was so good that I gave him a nice tip.

We had some scheduling problems earlier in the week.  They were very busy as it has been very hot out.  Called them again today and they were here within an hour.  Technician John was very nice and gave me lots of information about my heating and cooling system.
