I knew exactly what needed doing (lift the toilet, snake the line, replace the toilet) and I was so happy that they were prepared to tell me how much it would cost on that first phone call. A few hours later he was at my house and within an hour the job was done, in a professional and friendly way, to the quoted price. I could not be happier
