Ron is the most honest, helpful, gentlemanly, thoroughly knowledgeable fellow imaginable. I recommend him unconditionally. If you have any TV or computer problems, I strongly urge you to seek his highly expert assistance. He'll do it right at a reasonable price and with a smile, and if repair will cost more than replacement, he'll tell you so. In a world of indifferent, unresponsive, incompetent rip-off artists, finding someone this good is very gratifying and encouraging indeed. I looked up the TV he recommended, ordered it on-line, and will have him install it when it arrives.

wonderfulAfter about 4 years of service my 52" Samsung LCD started displaying a double image. Not a ghost which is a lingering image of a previous scene, but a double image. I spoke to Ron on the phone and described the issue. He said that he would get back to me after doing some research. Withing the hour he called back and said that some of his internet cohorts had solved the problem. Now, i had perused user forums including my go-to....AVSForum. Noi clue there and nobody responded to my description. Other local repair shops told me that the problem was probably the panel. Ron was the only one who thought that there was a chance of a reasonable repair. There was, he did and now I have my HDTV back. Kept it in service and saved the added cost of a replacement.
And did i mention that he was personable and friendly and a pleasure to spend time with? All in all a great experience. Plus the 800.00 more  or so that i would have spent on a new set will pay my Angies List dues for a long time.

Ron is a pleasure to deal with, very bright and clearly explained and showed us the part and why it needed replacement. During visit found that he repairs more than TV's and is very knowledgeable w/PCs and recorders, etc.

Work was done as soon as part was received and set works fine now - and was done within 5 working days - the fastest return of any tv I've ever put into a shop.

Very pleased with this experience and won't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

I've used Action TV Service a few different times. I had an expensive television and I didn't want to send it to the manufacturer. He fixed it in his garage and I waited there while he fixed the t.v. The price, the convenience and the whole experience was great. I didn't know they did that.
