About us

ABC Janitorial is a full scale cleaning company established in 1986, and services both residential and commercial customers. We are a small company with 3 employees, and the company is family and owner operated, concentrating on quality service at a fair price. We do not sub contract any work in or out. Payment for residential work is expected upon completion of each job, and commercial accounts which have weekly service are billed monthly. We accept cash, personal check or bank check. We offer General and Master cleaning as well as post construction cleaning, and a variety of special services such as : Carpet and Upholstery, Tile and grout, pressure washing, windows, High speed floor buffing and refinishing. You will find our company to be honest, reliable, on time, and to offer quality services at competitive prices.

Horrible. Left filaments & lint all over. Used cheap products. Steve came back & buffed linoleum. No better. I hired someone else & for 1/3 of ABC's price stripped & sealed floor perfectly. Also said Steve ruined my Oriental carpet. The someone else is coming back to restore it.

Most importantly to me he actually showed up on time, unlike many cleaning contractors we hired in the past. He had the common sense to recommend that we have him power wash the house before we had the window cleaning done. I have to say, our house looks brand new now! The house washing came out excellent, and the windows are so clean, he actually used window tools and a special razor tool to remove stuck on debris from the winter and weather, my husband was thrilled when he got home from work, and he's not easy to please. I asked him yesterday to clean a few rooms of carpet for us, he showed up on time again this morning, and the carpets are dry already and again I am thrilled with the way they look and his professionalism. He actually called to see if I was happy with the work a short while ago, that has never happened with another contractor.  I would recommend him to anyone seeking his services. He did such a great job on everything and went over and above, that I felt compelled to recommend him in some way. Marlene
