The work itself was done well with attention to detail. The workers were curteous and clean and did not leave until my rooms were as clean as the way they were when they began. Mike is a sincere, genuinely nice guy and worked with us in various ways. Highly recommend and look forward to hiring him and his crew again in the future.

Owner, Michael Scotto, and the rest of the crew at 1MLS Consultants were a pleasure to work with. After receiving several estimates for the work on our house we decided to go with 1MLS. They gave our house a complete facelift; including a new front porch, new roof, new siding (Mitten, Rockaway Grey), and new gutters. Whenever we had questions about the project, Michael was happy to speak to us. He always kept us up to date on the status of the project and was on site to supervise, nearly all of the time. All of the workers were courteous and took great pride in their work. We are very happy with the finished project and so are all of our neighbors. At least 2 other contractors also stopped by during the construction to compliment the work. I would highly recommend 1MLS! They did an excellent job!

We hired 1 mls consultants to do our roof when we first bought our home. We rehired them again to redo our siding, windows and doors this past April. Their quality of work was exquisite. Our home looks like a different house! Due to the new siding and windows we have a nice warm house this upcoming winter. our projects were handled with care, and professionalism. We are very happy and we will be returning customers in the near future again!

Awesome!! Mike came and gave us an honest and realistic roof estimate. When we asked Mike to do a vinyl siding repair as well he gave us a great idea to put faux stone where our siding was damaged. I am so glad that he did. Our front entrance looks absolutely beautiful! Our neighbors have been coming over and commenting on how beautiful it now looks! Mike did some repairs that were not included in the price at no cost to us and for that I am truly grateful. The crew was professional in every way. They cleaned up afterwards not leaving any thing for us to do. We are so happy with our new roof! Now we know we are safe from any more leaks for years to come. Finally we found an honest professional contractor to do work on our home! The price was also within our budget and there were not unexpected charges. I can't stress enough how beautiful our house looks now! Thank you Mike and your crew for an outstanding job! Oh, and Mike is a pretty nice guy too!!!!

Terrific! They were prompt and on time. They were all business. When the window installation was finished the crew cleaned up and left the property spotless inside and outside. They were very professional. I wouldn't hesistate contacting them again. I already recommended them to a friend. I know their company also does roofing and siding.

Mike's team did a great job. They completed the project on time as promised. They kept my yard clean during the project and minimized any disruption. The siding looks great. The windows are so much better. Very professional and courteous. They had good suggestions on making sure all the details looked good.

Entire roof was stripped and replaced in one day. Small amount of damage to interior sheetrock which was repaired by provider within three days. Gutter was subcontracted, that provider had to be called back to correct several misalignments of the gutters.

Work started 24 hrs after estimated and excellent work done.
