TRI-COUNTY SEPTIC

I had to wait 10 days for Tri-County to get to the job. At $220, I saved $20 dollars by digging the 14inch deep access trench before their pumping. I expected the intake side of the baffle would have been pumped out too, -but it wasn't done.

He came right on time was very pleasant and explained what he was doing answering all my questions.. LOVED THAT.. I tend to be very curious and like to know how things work.

I called on a Thursday looking for someone that could come out quick as I needed to get a real estate inspection pretty quickly. He told me he could be at my house at 10:00am Saturday morning. He was on-time and professional. I also felt he was reasonably priced.

I called Tri County on the advice of a friend. John (owner) met me within a few days of my initial call. He pumped the septic system and found the distribution box was not functioning as designed, so came back a few days later with the mini excavator to replace the tank. In addition, he inspected and vacuumed out the leech lines. The work was done on time, on budget, and every step was explained by John. He and his helper were professional, organized, and efficient. I felt the price was reasonable based on other people I spoke with in the area who have had similar services done.
