I'd like to clarify the 'N/A' rating for Price. Since Rusty did not come to us as the original installer, he was not the one to quote the price for the job, so I do not feel it's far to rate him on that. Now that we know him and his work, as well as his work ethic, I would not hesitate to hire him directly when we have another flooring job. Rusty The Floor Man is an extremely skilled and experienced installer, and an all-around great guy!
