Michelle did an amazing job on the home inspection. I was researching online for possible home inspectors and she called me the same day. She was very friendly, prompt and price was very reasonable. We were supposed to purchase a century old house and she found out several issues with it such as mold outbreak, roof and sewage pipes leakage, end-of-life water heater tank (which we were told was in good condition), among others. These fixes would have cost us atleast 10K. Michelle saved us from all the hassle and we rescinded the offer on the house (seller refused a price reduction). The report was generated within 48 hours in detail and with pictures. I highly recommend Michelle and would definitely use her services again on the next house.

Inspector spent too much time chatting with Real Estate agent. Written report was not as comprehensive as expected. Some items noted during inspection did not appear in written report.

My reviewer was friendly and knowledgeable as far as what needed to be done in order for me to get back some normalcy. She explained the details of what to expect. What insurance paid out does not cover the expense of what needs to be done/Waiting for follow up as far as my personal damaged items.

Everything went well with the job

Prompt response. Melissa rearranged her schedule to accommodate us due to an urgent situation and was on site the next day. As a GC I was impressed to see her actually get on the roof (as most inspectors wonâ t). Her analysis was professional, descriptive and easy for the home owner to understand. We will be doing business again .

Michelle was great. Very detail oriented, knowledge, and gave great suggestions during the post-purchase inspection. She allowed us to accompany her during the inspection and answered any and all questions we had, very approachable. She spent almost two hours with us and gave a great, 22 page report with photos afterwards. Good communication pre and post inspection. Highly recommend, I have already sent her info to a friend who is looking for an inspection.

She was very friendly during the initial visit and even offered to come back to assess attack space since it was time for our kids to go to bed. But she promised a preliminary report by Friday. I asked about it the following Tuesday and she never replied. The original date we set up for her to come back she did not show up for, when I text her she said she lost track of the date. Her final report seemed slightly rushed and had a lot of spelling/ grammar mishaps. Overall, I do not feel we got what we paid for. This may just have been a bad time for her as again I will say she was very friendly and talked us through her entire first visit.

I was very impressed of her knowledge of the problems I had in my home inspection and her numerous suggestions to correct them. I was very happy to have a woman inspector. I don't always trust men anymore as they don't seem interested in what I have to say and explain things to me. She also is going to refer me to a woman realtor and appraiser. I felt very comfortable with Michelle and appreciated all her comments. I would recommend her highly.

Michelle was very knowledgeable and affordable! She receives an A++ on her customer service. The Pre-Purchase inspection was a full, detailed report with pictures. She informed me of a few repairs that will be needed prior to purchase. This will save me thousands.I would recommend her for anyone needing: Affordable, Pre -Selling inspection, or a Pre -Purchase inspection // Thank you, Michelle!
