Frank has done many jobs for us over the last 14 years. He has done our basement, deck, 2 bathroom remodels and many other smaller projects. I highly recommend him! He is always reasonably priced and realistic with his bids and time frame.

We called Mr. Kozlowsky and he promptly returned our call. He arrived promptly on the date he was to give us an estimate. He purchased and installed the door, did all the prep work daily and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with his professionalism and will definitely hire him in the future; and, will refer him to others.

We called four different companies for estimates, and some came in at over $1,000.00 for work very similar to what Frank was quoting. He was very professional, prompt, and helpful with these repairs.

He is priced very reasonably and is meticulous. He comes when he says he is going to be here. He is a disciplined worker. He explains things and knows what he is doing. He is really good and very versatile. He can do just about anything, and if he can't he will let you know.

Done in a few days. Always cleaned up thoroughly before they left each day. Very happy with the results.

I wasted a lot of time trying to make contact and would have appreciated it if he had been up front about the scope of his work.

Overall as I explained above the project went very well. Frank also cleaned up after himself daily. This certainly made our job easier.

His quality of work is phenomenal. He actually very impressively maintains the lawn and yard work. He is excellent and I would recommend him to anyone. His price is very competitive.

He was a very nice guy. He was prompt getting here but was a little slower getting the quote to me. His price was a little higher than another competitor. I am planning to have him quote on another project in the future.

He was completely dependable. When he said he was going to call, he did. I was provided with updates throughout the project so I wasn't left in the dark. He was very courteous and did absolutely fantastic work!

Our experience with them was excellent. First of all, Frank gave me a very detailed proposal. So I understood exactly what we were going to have done. He estimated what he was going to put in. He gave us an estimate for installing a tiled floor. He told us that it would be more if we chose more expensive tiles and less if we chose less expensive ones. Once they started, they worked everyday. It was a real messy job and it was on the second floor, but they cleaned up. They had to go out to the barn at the back for doing some work. I was happy with them. We understood what we were going to pay and what was going to be done. They kept it going and didn’t leave us without a toilet or without a sink for any period of time. They had put it back so that we could at least use it while it was being worked on. It took them about two weeks to get everything done. They cleaned up and left the place just the way they found it except a lot better in the bathroom. The price charged by them was fair. Frank brought a plumber with him and that’s how we got the plumbing work done. Frank is our favorite contractor and he has done other work for us over the years. It had been 6 or 7 years since he had done some work for us.

He is the best. He is absolutely meticulous in his work. He cleans up after himself. He is professional and trustworthy. I am fine with letting him in the house. He is my go-to person when I need something done. I am reluctant to put his name out there, because I want him to be available for me.

They originally sent an employee on Tuesday however I was not happy with the work performed. I requested changes to the step/landing size and the size of the lattice frame. Mr Kozlowski himself came back on Friday and did a wonderful job.

Mr. K arrived on the dot to provide a written estimate. He came back 2 days later to complete the work and did a masterful job. He had to delay the masonry work because rain threatened, but he came back when he said he would. He and his assistant cleaned up and hauled away any debris. I thought his estimate was very reasonable - much less that I expected. He is able to do just about any type of repairs including electrical. I couldn't be more pleased!

Excellent. Frank's prices are great. His work is excellent. He can do most any construction needed around the house. Highly recommend his company.
