Brought my car in because it was stalling out. Three days later I was charged $240 for recharging my AC, was told NOTHING was wrong with the engine. My car broke down the same day on the way to work. Found out from Google there was a recall issue, not sure why a mechanic couldn't figure that out. I'll never go back.

Bob tries to work with your budget if possible.... Bob has worked on different vehicles and problems over the years. Always fixed, prices are fair....things do  seem to always break down at the wrong time

The first time we brought our car in thinking it might need brake pads, Bob Kaiser Repair checked them out and told us that there was still many months of life in the pads and advised that we don't change them. There was no charge, and that showed us their integrity. We brought our Prius in this week thinking the transmission, but they found it was something very different and the car runs perfectly now. Bob Kaiser Repair has the highest level of service and integrity, and I now wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else.

This guy is great. He's triple-A rated. Bob wants to do the right thing and wants to do it the right way. He does it the right way. He's very honest. You feel good about taking your car there. You know it's gonna be done right.
