I was having problems popping the fuse for my well pump. It finally gave out at about 3am sunday morning. Hello. Unhappy wife, unhappy son, unhappy 'dad'.
Called them at 8:30ish on sunday morning. Got a call back around 9:30, with an apology that they could not get right out. I said not an issue, we could camp for the day.
Came at 9am Monday morning.
We had pressure by 10:30 am. Happy family.

Frank was courteous, quick, very reasonably priced and overall pleasant. He is HONEST! a quality I sadly haven't come across in a long time as a home owner seeking assistance in various areas.

every plumber should take a lesson from him he is the best i would not use anyone else.

The man did quality work for what I thought was a fair price.

"Preacherman" Frank is the one and only plumber I've used since buying this old house in 2005. Though I eventually purchased a state-of-the-art boiler, new plumbing, etc, from him, he patched up the older boiler (sometimes cleaning out build-up for free) to get me through the first couple of winters here. He always comes when I need him, whether it's a sump pump issue or whatever. He's listed as the back-up with my alarm company (as I'm in Monticello 60 percent of the time), and was making his way from his town (15 minutes away) once when I tripped my own alarm but, with an Ipod in my ear, didn't hear the phone's ring. As much as one can trust another with one's life, I trust him.
