Owner Dennis D'Esposito has two experienced men who performed the work. The house had been sprayed for lady bugs by our exterminator the previous month. The spray had dried on the windows. The workers used squeegees and scrapers (their customary tools) which failed to remove the spray completely. We requested that they come back. This time, at my request, they rubbed the windows and this worked. It's unfortunate I didn't know to advise them about rubbing with a cloth when they came the first time. We paid Dennis an additional $75.00 for the second visit. The price we paid was $200 cheaper than a competitive quote from another company, All Bright.
