As far as delivery goes, I've never run out of oil. I'm not on an oil plan, and customer service is very pushy about getting you onto one when you call.

They did not have authorization to open my garage to do annual inspection of my furnace. I informed them that somebody would be there at 12:00 waiting. My friend was outside and then went inside the house and heard noises in the basement. I have an indoor cat. They were lucky my cat did not get lost.
