joe was courteous, prompt, straightforward, and willing.

We agreed on a set price of $180 for him to come out and give me a quote, he saw the pieces I had and agreed he could do the work. He gave me a price a couple of days later her called the price had gone up by another $200 which I said no to. He said something about coupons and bought it down to the original price. Came to my home charged me $120 said he didnâ t have a tool needed I told him to get the piece open at Home Depot for free he said he called and they said no they donâ t . He used a hammer and made a huge hole in the wall it was already precut. I walked down the road to Home Depot the plumbing department opened the piece for free in less than 2 minutes purchased the shark bites for $82 and a plumber did the job in 1 hour and all it cost me was $175. Now I have to find someone to fix the wall and tub he messed up. He should have been honest and said he did not know what he was doing, instead he scammed me out of an additional $120.00. Donâ t get scammed by him, I am reporting him to better business.

Joe the plumber shows up when he says he will and delivers the goods. He was conscientious about follow-up, always polite and solicitous, constantly double-checking to make sure we were all on the same page and getting exactly what we wanted and needed. With speed and efficiency, he replaced two shower heads that had been dripping and leaking and fixed a finicky toilet. If, god forbid, another plumbing problem should arise, he'll be the guy we'll call. Go, Joe!

Joe the service man seemed to be overwhelmed by the job and unsure of how to fix the problem I had another company come and they fixed the problem he could not. Mind you he would be good got a simple drain clog but I think this job was above his expertise.

Joe is just starting out but he makes himself available and his prices are reasonable. I love how he keeps you informed every step of the way. He will walk you through exactly what he's going to do and how he's going to do it and expected roadblocks and how he's going to tackle. Very informative. He'll also have you come check his work during each milestone. He may need to tweak his pricing model and offer more payment options but I find him reliable and would hire him again.

Everything was wonderful. He got the job done right, he guarantees his work, win, win all around.
