Caruso Paving and Seal Coating

Terrible! We paid frank to do a 3 “ recap of my driveway and an extension. Where the extension was done he didn’t use the proper amount of material and it sunk within the first month. The driveway is wavy and not straight. Almost the recap was at most 1 1/2 “ and placed so thin at the top It’s crumbling and I can see the old driveway. After the first weeks I called frank and brought up my concerns and he said it was all warrantied and he would fix. Yeah right, I have chase this guy for 2 years and he has made 8 appointments over these years and never ever shows up or notifies us to cancel, after many texts and phone calls he would come up with excuses why he can’t make it. I have taken off my contracting business many time to meet those guy for the appointment and he doesn’t show. All I know as a contractor in his own business over the past 16 years, I would never treat a customer like he has us. And further being that I use to work as a paving company many , many years ago As a laborer , take it from me, the mistakes and blatant disregard for me and my driveway shows he does not care , takes your money for a very, very poor job. Do not hire !

Very easy to deal with, driveway was repaved and looks great. Price seemed fair and reasonable and work was performed quickly. Even got a discount for recommending him to a neighbor!

Very unprofessional and a complete scam artist. Agreed to a 10 ft wide drive ended up with a little over 8ft that is very rough and cracking after 3 yrs. Both parties agreed to a warranty but after repeated attempts to have Frank Caruso come back to discuss a solution he never shows up. Would never hire him again. He will answer the call or show up every time when it comes to picking up a check, once he has your money he is done with you. WILL NOT stand behind his own work. BEWARE OF THIS CON ARTIST!!

It went well initially, however I specifically asked them to make the bump at the end of the driveway smaller. He agreed and said fine. IN FACT, they made it much higher, at least 2 inches. IT's ridiculous. I asked them to come back and fix it. He came back and said ok, he'd fix it. Then I never saw him again. I called numerous times. Also - he's extremely opinionated and not to my liking. THIS is better left unsaid! I WOULD NEVER hire him

It went poorly. He left the driveway inches higher than the garage and the garage floods EVERY Time it rains. He made promises to come back and fix it but never kept his promise. Took the money and disappeared. He cam e back to seal the next year  , said he would fix the problem but never did.
