The landscaper we used (and loved) for years got out of the plowing business and transferred his clients to Baker and Sons. Our stone driveway had just been redone last summer (for $950). Baker's plows arrived many hours after the snow, even requiring several calls on our part over 24 hours after a storm because we couldn't get to work. They plowed quickly and sloppily, leaving big piles of stone on our lawn and at the end of the driveway, and having scraped new potholes. When we called to report the damage, the owner promised to send a crew to fix it but they never came. We called every week for about 10 weeks, but they never returned our calls and never did the work. We couldn't even cut the grass until my own son worked for several hours to fix the damage. Would never recommend them to anyone else. Horrible experience.
