My wall began to lean and separate in 2007. I reached out to Jorge in 2007 thru 2009 to have him fix it. He stated he would and never came back to fix it. The wall begat to fail significantly in 2015. I asked Jorge to fix it he anted $8,000.00 to fix the job that wasn't done properly. I disassembled the wall my self. I paid for 3 layers of Geogrid as per my contract and received only one with very little gravel to backfill the wall.. The wall failed at where the geogrid was installed. Jorge stated he cant warrantee his work forever. I never received what I paid for nor did he come back to fix the wall during the warrantee period, I have email support to prove it where he apologizes for not getting to it.
