Bad weather slowed it down a little but otherwise it went well.

Three 3 weeks after the work was done I saw that the soil around the area dug out had sunk almost a foot down. Now there is a dangerous ditch around the foundation that shouldn't exist. The cement pad is on an angle pulling on the ramp. Bill Wilson said that he would fix it but never did and now wants money to fix. It should be fixed without further cost.

Bill & James and their entire team were great from start to finish on our third story dormer project. We received bids from other contractors but none were as comprehensive and none used their creative approach to tackle our difficult project. They were the only contractor who figured out how to work within a finished home to install a 20' wide by 10'  high reverse gable dormer 38' above our living room (without a scaffold). Pretty amazing.
Quality of workmanship is 11 based on a scale of 1-10: James is a very talented (and happy) job foreman and master carpenter: You can tell he enjoys his work.
They showed up on time every morning and the entire team was pleasant and courteous throughout the entire project.
They left our house in the same condition four weeks later as when they first entered which is pretty amazing considering their creative (non scaffold) approach.
Their pricing was extremely competitive and Bill's add-on work invoice was also a pleasant surprise (as opposed to the opposite).
We are very glad we joined Angies List to find JD Griffin for our dormer project and give them an enthusiastic 100% recommendation. You really can't go wrong hiring these guys!

everything was done well.  including installation of a medical cabinet and stairs for back door  which were not in the original contract

A crew of five came a few days earlier than expected (w/ 24 hours notice).  I was happy about that because the roof had an active leak.  The first day they arrived at 7:30 and had most of the roof on.  They had to replace some of the plywood.  The 2nd day, two men finished the caps, gutters and locks.  They let me know where they were in the process at various times.  Knowledgeable.  I picked their brains about how I could fix a few things around the house and they gave me their free advice.

The ramp is beautiful and sturdy.  These guys went out of their way to get this done quickly, they provided the service at a very reasonable cost, and did an excellent job.  They went above and beyond to provide what I needed quickly.  I cannot say enough about how great they were to work with.  I will absolutely use them for any future projects and I highly recommend them to everyone.

We were very pleased with the work. The price was very fair. The work was done promptly and professionally. Both bedrooms upstairs needed extensive wall repair and patching, then painting. Damage in the hallway repaired, then painted. 2 doors hung , 2 custom- built closet doors hung and 2 custom-built storage area doors installed. The rooms look fantastic. The difference between how they looked before (terrible) and how they look now (fantastic) is amazing. We would recommend them to anyone.

They were responsive, responsible and fair in their pricing. Worked clean and quick and with detail and sensitivity to the neighbors. Finished as expected. Great result.

One of the owners showed up to give us an estimate we were asked when we wanted to do this rather then when they could do it they came on our time frame were fast efficient and pretty much had 90 percent of the job done same day with another day for touch ups .. This is not the first time I have used this company I was Recommended to them by a friend about a year ago and I had the at my house for several projects including a deck roofing and installing pergola in my dining room .. All jobs went fast smooth and priced right !!!
