horrible. The technician was sure he knew what the problem was and convinced us to buy a part which would fix it. Needless to say it didn't work but paying for a part that didn't work wasn't the worst of it. They wouldn't return phone calls. When we finally did get someone on the phone I explained we have been without a refrigerator for two weeks which is especially difficult when you have a baby and small children. The person on the phone promised me a call back the next day but once again I had to track them down. Finally when we spoke they said I need another part which would cost $500 which doesn't include labor. Didn't fix anything, charged a lot of money and very unresponsive....0 for 3.

Our over the counter microwave was not heating. Hudson Valley appliance was called on 3-18-2014 and a technician came the next day. The technician was very nice and professional. He determined that our microwave needed a manatron. The manatron had to be order. I paid a deposit for the manatron. I was called a week later that the manatron was in and we scheduled an appointment on April 4th. The technician repaired the microwave.

It is one man business. He is very reliable, he fixed it at a normal amount. He is very honest and a pleasure to do business with. He is a great person. I have not done any comparison on price but he is fair. He comes when he says he is going to come, not late and he doesn't cancel.

He knew exactly what to do and installed heat probe so it won't happen again.

My call was answered promptly with a repairman on site at the agreed upon time. The repair was thorough and saved me from having to buy a new refrigerator.

Two days later they returned to install it. They were also professional enough to give the rest of the stove a check, to make sure the repair was worth doing, given the age of our stove. Will use again.

Called this company, set up an appointment. He showed up right on time. Immediately knew what the problem was, fixed it, and restored the fridge to full working condition. Total time of visit: about 25 minutes. Great job. Very personable, professional, and competent. I've got his card on my refrigerator right now for the next time something breaks. The $125 was a lot better than buying a new fridge.

They were excellent and they were very, very reasonable. The service was good and the guy was polite. We are going to call him again. He was so nice and came within 5 minutes of when he said he would. He was excellent and we would recommend him to anybody. He came six weeks ago to do the refrigerator and dishwasher. The last visit was to fix the dryer. We had gotten another estimate for the dryer and it was over $300.

We primarily used Hudson because they are convenient for us and they were able to get to us quickly, so we could get our laundry done on time. We were pleased with them. They are local and I think they have been around for a while so we felt comfortable using them.

Bob is great; I love him. He really understands what he s doing. He s a good problem solver and he understands what is going on and is able to figure out a solution. Not everybody can do that. He always comes when he says he s going to come and I would recommend him to anybody.

THEY SOLVED ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH NO QUESTIONS. THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE PRICES ARE FAIR. IT WAS NOT CHEAP OR HIGH and THEY WERE DRESSED PROFESSIONALLY.

THE MAN WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY FRIENDLY. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND HE GAVE US SOME TIPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN OUR APPLIANCES SO THEY WOULDN'T DO THAT AGAIN. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY A FEW TIMES AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY CAME IN, DID THE JOB, AND CHARGED A REASONABLE PRICE. EVERYTHING WAS FINE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

BOB IS ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT AND VERY BUSY, BUT HE MADE THE TIME FOR AN EMERGENCY VISIT TO MY HOME. HE CAME IMMEDIATELY WHEN CALLED, REPAIRED OUR DISHWASHER IMMEDIATELY AND SAVING OUR KITCHEN FLOOR. NOT A BAD PRICE FOR COMING ON AN EMERGENCY CALL.

BOB, THE OWNER, RESPONDED TO OUR CALL VERY QUICKLY. HIS SERVICE WAS GREAT AND HE WAS FORTUNATELY ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM SAVING US A LOT OF MONEY IF WE NEEDED TO BUY A NEW MACHINE, WHICH HE ALSO SELLS. HIS PRICES ARE COMPARABLE.
