I had the pleasure to work with John and his team. As a general contractor it is hard to find reliable plumbers. I had Johnnys company plumb an entire 4 apartment build new construction. From the beginning to the end the project went very smoothly. John will definitely be our guy for all our future builds/remodels.

John was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process and what was needed. He gave options to fit my budget with no pressure to purchase highest option. John was refreshingly honest and trustworthy! Was very thorough, on time and neat with his work. He has done several project at my home including faucet replacement, water treatment system and boiler replacement, heating system, replace bathroom sink. Highly recommend if you want someone who knows what they’re doing and you want a job done the right way!!

We called Frates water systems to install an iron filter and a water softener in our house. John was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step. He was very reasonably priced and quick with his work. I would definitely recommend Frates Water Systems to anyone that needs work done!

John installed a new sump pump for me. He excavated the hole from the old one and made the new one flush with the ground. I asked him to make a small channel in my basement so the still water would flow to the sump pump. He went the extra mile and flooded the basement to see where all the still spots were then extended the channel to those still spaces. Now, all the water in my basement flows to the sump pump. John does things professionally, quick, and neat. He is situationally aware and did things because it made sense or looked better. I would highly recommend his services.
