Miserable company, stay away. They were quick to send a technician and bill me, but the service did not fix my refrigerator and they gave up. I had a second company come out. They promptly replaced the part that Wind Service had installed and my refrigerator works like new. I have been calling them for a month, leaving messages for the one and only supervisor, who has refused to call me back to discuss the matter. Stay away.

There was no cost because we were trying to get warranty service. Wind Service has been "repairing" our washing machine for weeks and the machine is still not operational. Ultimately, we contacted the manufacturer. Terrible service. Avoid this service provider if you can.

He was very knowledgeable and on time. He explained how everything works and what I was doing wrong. He was in a professional uniform and I would highly recommend them.
