They were very nice and even came the same day I called. They were in and out and did the job properly. I would definitely use them again.

WATSON'S IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE COMPANY. THEIR REPAIRMEN ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME AND ARE VERY HONEST WITH ME.

I CALLED THEM WITH MY WASHER PROBLEM AND THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY. THE SERVICEMAN WAS SO PLEASANT. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HAD HAPPEN, THAT THE WIRES TOUCHED AND SPARKED OUT.

THEY'RE GREAT, THEY'VE ALWAYS DONE GOOD WORK FOR ME. IF SOMETHING CAN'T BE FIXED, THEY DON'T CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE CALL. ALL OF THE GUYS THAT HAVE BEEN HERE HAVE BEEN POLITE AND PUNCTUAL.
