They did a good job. It was a long wait getting them to come but they did what they said they would and I was perfectly satisfied with that. They were very busy but, they came the next day looked at it and then said well it will be two weeks before we can come. 

They did the job did it quickly, it worked as I said the only thing I thought was that they took them a long time to get here but that's okay.

They were excellent! Really top notch. Pricing was reasonable; I was surprised about price. They weren't like other tree guys: They didn't charge too much, they fixed the problem, and they didn't follow up and try to sell too much. They were very professional.

I would not use them again.  There wasn't much communication between the Foreman and the people actually doing the work.

Davey Tree Service in West Babylon has been providing service to my property for about 20 years. They've done a satisfactory job, & that's why I continued to use them for so long. Every year, they sent me a contract to sign; I signed it, sent it back to them, & they did the tree spraying. 
This year, I didn't receive the annual contract from them, & I completely forgot about it until I started seeing caterpillars & other bugs all over the place. At my age, my memory isn't what it used to be, but the bugs reminded me that something was amiss. 
I emailed Davey, & asked what had happened to the contract. They responded that they had sent it out to me in November, 2014. I'm not disputing that, but I just didn't get the contract. What upset me was that after 20 years of using their service, there was no follow-up from them about "did I receive the contract?", or "are you not using our service anymore?' Nothing. 
By the time I figured out what happened, it was too late for the first spraying, borderline late for the middle spraying, but still time for the third spraying. Davey emailed me a copy of the contract they say they mailed me in November. I saw that their prices had increased a bit. As an act of good faith, I asked them to do the third spraying, but at the previous price (before the increase). They refused, & would not do it for the prior price. The old price was about $213, & the new price was about $220. The increase, including tax, was $7 (SEVEN). 
They refused to give a 20 year customer a $7 (SEVEN) single-time, price roll-back. Needless to say, I will not be using Davey again. If you're looking for a company who appreciates your business, you should look elsewhere. This is a company that takes your money for 20 years, then acts like they don't know you. I can get that kind of attitude anywhere, from a new company that really doesn't know me.

Called and was disconnected-- I called back and the woman seemed annoyed, placed me on hold again and was disconnected, then she called back and told me my phone was bad and to call when I fixed it, HOW RUDE

Highly professional provider of lawn and tree services including fertilizing, weed control, pesticides and tree pruning/removal. They have done all these things for me, I am very satisfied. and still use them. The price may seem high but we have a half acre and lots of tall trees.
