Mr. Weiss was wonderful. He not only fixed several clocks that had been in the family for decades but also told me many things about their types, care, and histories that I had not known. It was more an education than a service call. His house-call was like a private session with a distinguished professor.

He was very professional. He examined the clocks thoroughly and explained what he thought was the problem and how to remedy it. Before doing any work, he explained what parts he would need and what these would cost. When he was ultimately repair the broken pieces, he adjusted the price (lower) since the parts were not needed.

He was good. He is the one I would recommend. I think he was knowledgeable. He is like a real old time clock repairman. He just seem very reputable and experienced.
