This was a "Complete Chimney" Disaster from the start. Once I got over the shock of being caught in the classic "Chimney Scam" and had them do the work, they did a horrible job. I had to have them actually do it twice, that's how bad the brick work was. They put the chimney up once, and it was crooked and out of square, so I made them take it down and do it all over again! Plus, the first time around, they used the old bricks from my "bad" chimney! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU EVER USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT EVEN ACCEPT PHONE CALLS FROM THEM. THEY WILL SCAM YOU! I promise.

THE COMPANY DID NOT SHOW UP AT THE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED TIME. THE NEXT TIME, THEY WERE TWO HOURS LATE. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH ANYTHING THEY DID. I WASTED MY TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB CLEANING MY CHIMNEY. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT TWO WEEKS TO COME OUT. THE SERVICE PERSON WAS NICE, NEAT AND CLEAN. IT DID NOT TAKE HIM A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE CHIMNEY. THE FIRST COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF AND TRIED TO SELL ME A LINER I DID NOT NEED. I CALLED COMPLETE CHIMNEY, AND THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND WERE VERY HONEST.

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT IN KNOWING THE KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR BUSINESS AND WHAT THEY DO. THEY FIXED MY CHIMNEY WITH NO PROBLEM AND I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO GET A WHOLE NEW CHIMNEY.
