This company has very poor service. I would not recommend them. They make appointments and then make excuses to reschedule and don’t do the job timely.

This year we made an appointment to have the pool be open. Weeks in advance of a holiday week. We confirmed the appointment.. The SunCastle team came but made all kinds of excuses that it was a bigger job than I had anticipated and couldn’t get it done. (They has closed the pool!) they told us To make an appointment for another week!! We Very unprofessional.

In the begining fine then toward the middle to endif yhe season the pool was notbei g fullly vacumed - the chemical balance was way off - the chlorine level was off the wall and the cyriatic acid level went off the roof - the pool guy did not understand the problem as i told him and could not understand english so i kept calling and speaking to the same person overand over again telling me that he would take care of it - it never happened - i had yo ho twice to lesie pools to get a chemical to reduce the cyriatic level bevause when you swam in the pool it stung your skin !

The beginning of the summer was fine toward the middle of the summer I noticed that only the perimeter of the pool was being vacuumed and where debris accumulated but the whole pool was not being vacuumed so that when you went swimming there was slime on the bottom of the pool. Then the balance of the chemicals became a serious issue the cyriatic acid level became off the wall and so did the chlorine the man doing the pool could not understand English well enough when I spoke to him about this issue so I had to call the office I told them about this issue and that I did not want them putting any more chemicals in the pool I would take care of them . They said no problem they would speak to the guy well that did not work he kept putting chlorine into the pool raising the cyriatic acid level over and over again and then had the audacity to charge me for the chemicals which I did not pay. I asked to speak with the owner after calling quite a few times and was told he would call me back . I got no response . I will not use this company again and I have no idea why they have been rated highly because I chose them due to Angie's list ratings . Well unfortunately they get a very low rating form me

First of all this company definitely deserves a higher rating then A, if possible! I dealt with the owner Chris who was one of the best people I have ever worked with, and I have done a lot of construction in my last two homes. I was with a pool company for many years who I was very unhappy with, and after finding Sun Castle Pool Company and meeting with Chris, this is the first time in my life that I went with my first impression and did not even try to find a second company 
for comparison! So my first feelings of this company was absolutely correct, and I could not be happier and more pleased from beginning to the finish of all the construction done in my backyard area and a full make-over of my pool! Chris could not have been any nicer , or professional, or knowledgeable,  or accommodating during the 2 1/2 months that all my construction work had been going on. When I mentioned how worried I was with my 3 dogs walking near the pool with all the deep trenches that were dug along with tools and pipes around, he came the next morning with a temporary fence and completely closed off that entire area of my yard. He is patient  and pleasant to speak with and work with, & answered any question I had. Today is September 23, 2014 and it is the first summer I kept my pool open this late because I can't stop looking at the beauty of it, as well as the clear water with a slight current that I absolutely love! To say the least, ALL of the men that work for Chris could not be nicer and more pleasant! I can tell that Chris only has working for him & his company, QUALITY people and companies, as he installed the best and latest equipment that works my entire salt pool system. Even the shape of my new handrail is beautiful, as he has the best taste and ideas!
        I would recommend any of the work that Chris does from Sun Castle pools, if anyone is lucky enough to have chosen him from Angie's List.  "HATS OFF" to a wonderful company with great people to work with!!! Leslie Boshnack

He is wonderful. He is doing some extra work for me which is very nice. We just started the extra heater that he got. The price is very large, but he did a lot of work. He did pavers, and his electrician did everything in the pool so I can use everything with a wireless remote. I am living here for 25 years, and I didn't like my pool, and he did a new salt system, and I had never seen my pool so blue. My pool is still open, and I never had it open. It is a wonderful company, and he is going to do maintaining of my pool every year now.

The cleanup wasn't pretty good, but otherwise, the job was done good.

They are fabulous. I can do everything online. I can pay my bill. I have already written them a cheque last week so they will be here.

They showed up a day later than scheduled, but did a FABULOUS job. They were there for 4 hours, and made my pool all clean and calcium deposit-free again. Very nice guys, just wish they'd keep their scheduling straight.

They were really good and did a great job. The service was good. They came in a reasonable amount of time. They were reasonably priced; I was happy with it. I would recommend them to others. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

Initially, when calling Sun Castle to schedule the appointment, they were very professional and informative.  The crew that came to open the pool was punctual and quick to finish the job (though did not use my chemicals as I had requested and ended up having to pay them for chemicals I already had).  They had showed me that there were several leaks by the filter that needed to be fixed and that Chris would call me the following week to schedule an appointment to come fix the leaks.  I never received a call from Chris.  I then contacted the office several times to ask for Chris and schedule an appointment -- never got a call back.  I had to call another pool company to come fix the leaks to find out that it was just that the joints were not tightened properly.  Would NOT recommend and would NEVER use again -- unprofessional and poor workmanship.

They did a great job, and everything about them was fine. They were very responsive, professional and punctual, but they sent the bill very late. My only complaint with them was that they sent me an entire year?s bill right before Christmas; I would have appreciated monthly statements actually. I guess their price is okay; I have not had anyone else work on my pool, so I have no basis for comparison. I would use them again in the future.

It turned out great! They were very responsive, pleasant to deal with, and very professional.

Had called and scheduled pool to be opened around the 10th of May; wanted it open for Memorial Day. They came, removed cover, setup the pool equipment and got it started. Determined chemicals needed and added; told us to call in two days when he expected water would be clear. Came back and did opening vacuum day after we called and the pool just looks beautiful and inviting.
