They are general auto service providers and there are certain things that they don't do but they do most of the things that I need. I have used them for 20 years and my husband has historically got a lot of work done from them on his cars too. I was using STS when we met and then we got married. He started to get to know them a bit and he eventually trusted them. My husband had some work done a year and half ago. His truck had a clogged fuel line and he broke down on a park way while to going to his work. He had to get his truck towed and then they figured out what was wrong. He had his truck back on the road 2 days later. Once I get my car in there, they look at it and they evaluate it very quickly. They are very fair and competitive with their prices and I'm very happy with service. They are very upfront as they would tell me what I really need to get done and what I don't have to get done for my car, and how long I can wait. I believe that they are honest with whatever they evaluate. They tell me and they are perfectly willing to show me the old parts of the car that they take out unlike some places who like to hide those things because they are replacing things that don't really necessary need to be replaced. They maintain their quality of the work. They are always busy and they have the Saturday hours. They are pretty accurate with the time that they give me as to when my car would be ready. I'm very happy with them and I would certainly recommend them to other people.

There was no waiting and the technician came out and personally told me what was going on with my car, which was nice. They were respectful, nice and professional. They gave me two discounts, just going on my word, for my age and being a referral.
