Shake A Paw Puppies

The facility was very clean with not only salespeople available but people to clean the pets cages every time I was there. I would have no problem getting my next pet from them

Puppy was purchased on 12/26/13, 4 days later, puppy became lethargic, vomiting and had bloody diarrhea. I took the puppy to the animal hospital that was recommended by Shake A Paw. I called Shake A Paw and told them the puppy was in the hospital. The puppy died a day and 1/2 later. Shake A Paw stated I would get a refund. They refused to refund my credit card and insisted on sending me a check for the refund amount. I have been trying for 2 months to get my refund. Each time I called, they claim the check is in the mail. No check was every received. Needless to say....I had to file a dispute with my credit card company just to get my money back. They sold me a sick dog and refuse to refund me my money. These people are crooks. Don't buy from them. Go to a reputable breeder.

They are the best pet store in the world. I've never been in a pet store like this. They give you a month to see if the dog works out and if not, I could have brought it back. They are wonderful. It is a beautiful pet store. It is something just to walk in and look at. My puppy was on sale. They are fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy.
