It went fine. They were professional.

The scheduling process is, all I do is dial an 800 number and give them an account number, whatever the appliance is,I give them that number. They know who I am, I am assuming I pop up on their screen and I make an appointment. It's time for them to come out and check x,y, z once a year I call for the furnace. I will continue to use them for as long as my master plan is in place.

They were fantastic for this service. He not only replaced the gasket, but he looked at all the other working parts of the refrigerator. He checked the motor to make sure their weren't any puncture and checked the temperature, he did more then I expected.

They were having a sale, my unit had died, we saw they had a sale we needed it to cover a certain area of the house, it fit the bill so we purchased it. Sales rep everyone there is always polite, they want to help you , they ask for the square footage that was going to be used, I couldn't tell them that but we were able to tell them the approximate size of the are it was going to take care of. It fit the bill and does exactly what we needed it to do.

It's rare I have to call Sears, it's rare that their product breaks down. I have no complaints nothing brakes down. I was most impressed with how they explained every little thing to me. What they were doing, when the uninstalled the old one, they took out the old one that I grew up with. I was becoming self conscious with energy, I wanted to save on energy.I wanted to save money with that and that furnace had been there since I was a kid many years ago. So, my parents always took care of their stuff and it was a Sears product. So, I went to Sears asked them about a furnace. They came out to the house they did the measuring. They told me they had an energy saver that ran very quietly and it was a lot smaller than the old one and it was, and easy to change the filter. When they installed it was the same day service, everything was done in one day.

Estimate was too high and the tires offered were not the quality I wanted but asked for premium prices...

It was very good. There were 2 workers. Everything was as they said. They came on time.

They have competitive prices and had a better deal with the humidifier. They cleaned up the place.

They are reliable. They get the work done and it's professional. We really didn't compare the price of the warranties.

They did a great job. The quality was excellent and they didn't make us wait too long. The service was fast and the people are friendly. I have been using them for about 15 years and I am satisfied with the service they provide me.
