The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable in performing a tune up on my Mac.  He used his own software to do so, and made himself available afterwards if there were any problems.  I would use this service again.

I have known ever since I met him at the office.  At the time he was a tech brought in by IBM.  He was amazing when he was at the office, when i heard he was starting his own business I followed him and used his services for my home machines.  He did so much for everyone when working for IBM and does even more now.  He was able to log in to my laptop in the morning.  I needed to get some
