1. There's no online web address. Customer has no ability to reach out to management to offer feedback or escalate an issue
2. They use an answering service nights and weekends and dispatcher during business hours. Neither cannot offer or forward your escalation to management. This company is not customer friendly to feedback from consumers.
3. Maximum Cooling Inc is quick to have you complete a contract with them, charge you for the service contract, but not pro-active to follow up on service completed or on-going pro-active maintenance on work completed. In addition, no follow up to ensure work completed continues to be successful.
4. Difficult getting service techs scheduled within appropriate timeframe. They want you to work around their schedule vs the other way. Additionally, they do not live up to their time commitments.
5. The charges come as a surprise because the technician doesn't thoroughly cover what it takes to diagnose the issue, work involved, parts/labor, and overall fees. Everything gets summed up at the end when you have no choice but to pay the bill.

I can tell you that we have made several changes to our customer service and to our company policy's while some remain the same I.e. After hours answering service. We continue to use after hour answering service providers to ensure that a live person is always available to help our customers solve their issues. Unfortunately, in today's environment contracts and service request forms are required to ensure communications between everyone involved. In addition, I have tried to correct all of our online profiles to ensure that all our friends and customers can reach us with no problems or delay.
