LOWES OF HICKSVILLE

Actually, I had no complaints with them. When you go to Lowes, they sub-contract it out to sub-contractors. The person that came in was very neat, very nice, very respectful. He did one room and stairs, that is what made the job kind of expensive, because of the stairs. He did a very neat job. 
Overall, I just thought that they were very neat. It took a long time to do the stairs and the room. It is still in good condition, I haven?t had any problems with anything coming up on it at all. I am very happy with anybody that Lowes sends.

The sales people when over everything with you. When we had questions about the refrigerator that we brought, he could answer them. When it was time to write up the contract for us, we could see everything he was doing. There were no question marks on anything. He was very helpful. He spent a good deal of time with us, we went over a lot of refrigerators when we were there. 

There were two guys that delivered it. They took out the old and brought in the new. Ours don?t open the traditional way, we had to have them reversed because of the type of kitchen we have, so they did that. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They give you a two-hour window, they were here before that two-hour window was up.

They reversed the doors, installed the water line to the refrigerator; and were in and out in about 15/20 minutes. I don?t know how they knew it, but about 15 minutes after they left, Lowes called us and asked how the delivery was. I am very happy with what we get from Lowes.

It was kind of like my husband and myself picked out the washer and the dryer. This was a very expensive washer and dryer, but they didn’t pressure us into getting anything. They just gave us the pros and cons of each different washer and whatever. The installation went good. They took out the old, put in the new and they had a very tight space to put it in. They actually hooked up the water lines and stuff for the washer, but we had to get a plumber for the gas line because they don’t do gas lines. I had no complaints. It was more than what I wanted to spend.

Everything was fine.  They delivered the supplies on time.

I shopped around for a long time to determine the make & model that I wanted to buy. Lowe's price on a sale was the best that I found and the free delivery & haul away was a bonus. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable & courteous. He made sure that we had all the paperwork needed to submit for an energy rebate from LIPA of which I was previously unaware. My only disappointment was that the "free delivery & haul away" was in the form of a store gift card equal to what you pay upfront for the delivery. But it was still a good deal as I shop in Lowe's regularly. We received a confirmation of delivery call the night before giviing us a time frame. Delivery was right on time - in fact a few minutes earlier than original stated time. The unit being removed & the one being installed were both very large, but the deliverymen took great care not to damage my doors, walls or furniture while moving them around. They installed all parts of the new refrigerator, including attaching & leveling doors. They were very professional.
