We recommended a better version (same cost) that was in Your best interest rather than ours (opposite of what you describe). Also because of the long delivery time in ordering the version you wanted. Since the customer is always right, we special ordered your locks in the appropriate colors. Since we waived the usual "Special Order" deposit, you've lost $0.00, No out of pocket cost at all. As of today, the locks are on still on our shelf. We haven't called, harassed, invoiced or reviewed you, in any way about this. By your own admission, you ultimately purchased the very same locks we suggested to you during our consultation. We are a Long Island, family owned business. Serving our neighbors for over 50 years. Our business survives on trust and work of mouth, so it is extremely evident that we are more than fair and treat our customers well. I'll apologize for your experience with us, but not for our intentions. Especially since you followed our recommendations precisely, albeit with another locksmith.
