On the 1st visit, they brought 2 trucks based on original estimate of 1 1/2 trucks. Once they started removing items, it was clear that they needed to add a 3rd truck. while on the job, they scheduled a 3rd truck to come that afternoon because we had to leave and get back to our home in Baltimore. We had sorted all the furniture and boxes in the basement so all they had to do was carry everything to their trucks. We did not do any sorting of the outside shed and it was a mess. They just put on their gloves and pulled everything out of shed, bagged it and put on truck. No complaints.
The 3rd truck arrived around 2 PM and picked up all the boxes/furniture that was left.
All the crew members were very pleasant and professional. They came in, did their jobs and cleaned up afterwards.
On the 2nd scheduled appointment, August 8th, they called me that they would be a late because prior job took longer than expected. We were okay with that because we still had some work to do. They then called 15 minutes prior to arriving. One the the crew was from the original pick up and we went over what needed to be removed. They got to work and within 1 1/2 they had completed removing all furniture/boxes from the 2nd floor apartment.
We were very satisfied with their professionalism and service that was provided
