We have found that he is unreliable. He doesn't bother to return phone calls. We have been repeat customers of his and I have now been waiting over a week to hear back from him.

He is straightforward and he is fine.

Went great- Left message and John returned my call within minutes and arrived at my house within a half hour- Replaced the outside faucet and replaced cut off for it- We discussed need for new "main" cutoff valve, so I figured while he was here he could do that as well. Also supplied and installed new steel hoses for my washer and fixed minor problem I had with the bathroom sink. Great price for all that work, and he is very pleasant - I definitely will use him in the future and will recommend him to friends and neighbors-

He did a good job. I would call him again if I needed a plumber. He came on time. I was comfortable with him in my house.

Called before 8 AM and left message. Call returned within 15 minutes and came over within 1 hour. He was courteous, professional, no nonsense, knew exactly what to do and did it. No charge for coming over and told me the cost before he did anything to make sure i was OK with it. Now I have a plumber!

We have used this plumber for a long time now and find him to be an exceptional contractor. He is very polite, cleans up well after he is done, and the prices he charges are good. I recommend him.

John is very reliable. I like that he first comes out and gives an estimate and then sets up the appointment to do the work. It usually never takes too long to get him in to do the work either. He does excellent work and is also insured and licensed. I have used him several times in the past and he has always done a good job. I would definitely recommend him.
