 + -1 moreThe great thing about James is he is creative about solving problems and meticulous in executing his work. He is an artist who takes pride in the final "look" of his work. He is very knowledgeable about tools and can do pretty much anything.
Description of Work: James prepped and helped stage our house for marketing. He was responsible for repairing a leak on the roof, replacing sheetrock, painting the interior, choosing colors and painting woodwork on the exterior, stabilizing stones in the walkway, cementing stones on the stoop, powerwashing the house and pool patio, installing a sink, installing a French drain in the driveway, and much more.
