+ -1 moreOverall, after close to 10 years, most of the work has held up. Some of the lighting outside failed due to the elements; some of the bulbs outside cracked in the first year. The integrity of the electrical work is what is most important. We did have issues with two switches failing in the last 5 years and have [perhaps] an arcing problem in the bathroom. We will call in another electrician to look at that. These items may cause you concern but I am providing a report for 10 years following a project where Joe did about 50% of the house. The majority of switches, high-hats still function well to this day.
Description of Work: Installed some lighting, high-hats, new electric box, outlets, wiring, switches etc... He also installed some outdoor lighting.
