With the heavy rains over the past few months, the porch of our 100 year old house had been leaking. I checked your List and called Affordable Roofing. Frank came for an estimate (arriving early. . .amazing!) and gave me a very reasonable price for a complete removal and redo of the porch roof. The job was done the next week in less then a day and they returned 2 days later to do some painting on a section of the front second story wall that had previously been covered by 3 layers of roof. The workers were courteous, the job site was cleaned up afterwards and they were quick with returning phone calls and doing all the work. They even stressed that they "wanted the customer to be happy and satisfied with their work".

They were absolutely ideal. Frank was straight forward, no nonsense, offered an excellent price and stuck to it. Supplies, equipment and crew arrived exactly on time and work was completed as scheduled. His workmen were craftsmen whose skill and attention to detail were impressive. Communication and supervision of the crew were excellent. Clean-up was flawless. I could not be more pleased with the result and will certainly use them again.

Received estimate from the owner. Very professional. Hired this company to do the job. All work was completed in a timely fashion and the clean up was amazing. Not one piece of garbage was left behind. The men working were very nice. Seemed experienced and knowledgeable. Gave me references to check out and all had the same good experience. Little extras that I did not expect were done.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB WHEN IT WAS COMPLETED. THEY PICKED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY RESPONSIVE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
