CLEARY CUSTOM CABINETS

On delivery I noticed from the back of the vanity that the vanity was constructed with press board. We called Ms. Cleary and expressed our refusal of Vanity because it was not constructed with ply wood as requested when order was placed. The item had to be remade. The replacement was delivery within a week. We are very happy with the finished product however we feel that Ms. Cleary had a terrible attitude towards us once we pointed out the error.

ll let you know. I am very pleased with the cabinetry. The color is beautiful and the quality is excellent. The contractors just put them in yesterday and they are a great addition to my new bathroom. Cleary told me that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to come in and it was exactly 4 weeks. Today they are sending  someone to template the vanity for a quartz countertop and once that gets put in, I'm done. I'm hoping that process doesn't take too long.

I would give them A's on everything. I gave them dimensions for cabinets in the bathroom and I had them custom made for what I wanted and I didn't think it would come out so perfectly. It wasn't even off a quarter of an inch. It was exactly the dimensions I gave. I was really surprised that they did a really good job. I would probably go back to them to have them do some more work for me. they were up front with everything, the show room was good and the salespersons I dealt with were good and they were very helpful. I was very satisfied with the work that they did.

They custom made everything for us. The pricing was a little on the high side and it took some time to get the product. They have very good customer service and the products they manufactured were excellent..

.I was impressed with Cleary's staff and the time and patience my representative took to find the right fit for my order. I was looking to replace my bathroom vanity which was an in-stock size/type. However, the cultured marble sink top had to be custom cut. It took approximately one month for my order to be filled and delivered which was not a problem.
As for the pricing, the vanity's cost was fair, acceptable and within range.
However, the delivery charges were, in my estimation, a little high. I was charged a total of $200.95 ($185, plus tax) to deliver two items. As I don't have a car large enough to transport items of this type, as well as no assistance to help me unload, etc., at my end, I had no choice but to pay for shipping from their location to my home. I was disappointed that they didn't have some sort of discounted rate for such a small shipment (2 items).
All said, I definitely would recommend Cleary to new customers and would use them again.

We had previously used this company about 15 years ago when we had remodeled our other bathroom. Since we were so pleased with how the cabinets have remained in great condition we came back when we were in the market for a new vanity etc. Their product is just beautiful and very well made. The customer service you receive during all facets from planning to shipping is exceptional. You pay a little more since it is a custom made cabinet but after comparing what you can get elsewhere and on line the difference is minimal. I would highly recommend Cleary Custom Cabinets and would not hestitate to use them again.

It was a pleasure working with Cleary. The kitchen they designed was beautiful and made effective use of all available space. Once the cabinets were delivered they worked with our contractor to quickly and cheerfully correct any problems, damages or design changes. They were very responsive to any issues that arose throughout the design, ordering and installation process. They have our full recommendation.
