Machine broke Tuesday night. Called the next day, got an appointment that morning. Scott arrived early; quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem. He asked if I wanted it repaired. I said yes, if it was worth it - it's an old washing machine. He very easily made the case that it was, and made the repair. The cost was very reasonable, quite a bit less than I was expecting. I've also got an old refrigerator; Scott told me how to determine if it was working efficiently enough to be worth keeping. All in all, very satisfying service. I will use this company again.
