Bathe Safe Walk In Tubs

I can’t express how impressed I am with Todd and his amazing crew. We wanted a walk-in tub installed. Other national chains charge at least $2000 more and their jobs are not complete. You still have to get the tile work done yourself. Todd came over for an estimate. He redesigned this small bathroom to make it more functional. Flipped and changed direction of plumbing and removed a faux ceiling. I decided to go with his suggestions, rather than what I had in mind. Boy, am I glad that I did. The workers are amazing. Professional. Prompt and polite. At the end of the day, their clean-up was incredible. They went so far above what the contract called for, that we had them back immediately to redo tile floors. 1/08/2015 tub was installed.  The installers were very good and cleaned up after so no mess was left.  The one problem is there is a small scratch on the fiberglass that was installed around the tub and was told it would be replaced but have not heard from company since 1/15/2015.  I made a mistake in not shopping around for companies and went by a review I read on Angie's list.  Have no paperwork as to any warranty or guarantee on work done so if problems arise I don't know how that will work out.

We contracted Bathe Safe to install a walk-in-tub,stairlift and access ramps. The whole project took an impressive two days where multiple crews performed their specialties in a professional manner. Tarps were put down to cover floors. Crews cleaned as they worked and carted off any refuse. All workers were respectful and responded to any questions in a friendly manner. I'm amazed that they were able to transform a 1955 bathroom with plaster walls that had settled,cast iron tub that was removed,installed a"Higher Seat"toilet,walk-in-tub and a door that was widened to accommodate a walker. They even put a grab bar in a shower that was in the basement that they noticed didn't have one....
Supervisors came a few times each day to check on the work as well. I can't imagine doing all this with three different companies when Bathe Safe did it all at a reasonable price!

Things went great.  I was able to work with Todd virtually via telephone calls, text messages, texted-photos  to clarify the space in my mother's home.  Todd made good recommendations to meet my mother's needs...not too much...but just right.  I even handled payment with a texted-check.  All of this made a long-distance transaction work flawlessly. The tub is working out great for my mother.  It is simple, straight-forward and easy to use.  The pricing was reasonable...not the overly inflated, and extra feature laden found with other vendors.  The installer, did a good job, was timely, courteous, respectful and helpful as he dealt with my mother.
