From beginning to end Apex Window Werks did an outstanding job of staying connected, listening to our concerns and requests, producing a replacement exactly the same as the old window, and installing it on time. This was not an easy job. The house had settled and it meant making on-the-job adjustments for a tight fit with a window that weighed over a hundred pounds. As pleased as we were by the quality of the installation, we were impressed by how clean the work site was left. Of all the home repair companies we have used this company was far and above the best.

Had them come for estimate for 1 window repair. In March asked for a couple other estimates while they were there. Due to Pandemic didn't try to schedule until now. Was out of work due to pandemic and told them I could only afford to do the 1 window that I originally requested the estimate on. Was told that my $620 repair now didn't meet their minimum which is now $1500.

"Unfortunately after Covid-19 everything changed and under new policy(only in your case: with woodwork repair) we have a minimum charge of $1500 if we have to come and repair/replace your wooden sash.The other option if you bring the window, we will be happy to repair it for no minimum charge. If the project was taken in full(you also have some balancers that need to be replaced) we would do the sash along with it. We are happy to help our customers and find the best solution to resolve the issue. If that would be any glass replacement, there is no minimum, it could be even 180$ ."

The on-site estimate was free, the price quote was reasonable and the whole negotiation process is easy and honest. On the working day, Igor and Gene showed up on time, and did very solid work. Before installing the new sills, they asked me for preference how I would like to have it done to match the whole house's architecture and design, which is very professional and nice. End of the day, they cleaned up all the wastes and debris, leaving nothing but fabulous looking new window sills, which make the windows look better. Very happy with Apex Window Werks, would re-hire should new projects come up.
