We pay $500 a year for their policy. We call them and they send out people that are apart of their program. We lucked out and got a really good plumber through their services. It cuts the costs drastically. We can literally do all our work online but we can still talk to an actually person if we need. They send the requested service provider as quick as possible. They are extremely responsive. We've stuck with their services even through changing homes. I think their services are definitely worth the price.
