Drew was top notch. My prior HVAC service provider told me that they wouldn't be able to obtain a replacement motor for a few weeks! Given that it's hot in my house, I immediately began trying to see if there were any alternative service providers who could get one. Drew responded promptly to the voice mail message I left, and said he could get one and install it in a few days! Done! He came exactly when he said he would be here, and charged me less than my prior service provider was going to charge me. Prompt, professional, courteous, friendly, and a fair price. You should expect nothing less! Drew will be my new HVAC service provider. Give him a try and you will not be disappointed!

install went great.  installers did come to make adjustments when called.  when unit was installed contractor claimed permit had been applied for.  in subsequent follow ups i have never been provided a permit application number.  I have filed a complaint with better business bureau which on 1/14/2016 he said would get permit.  As of 2/5/2016 no permit application number has been provided to me.  i have called numerous times without a courtesy return call.  i have offered to give any documents again that may be needed (plot maps).  Only sporadic replies that requested information will be given on a date specified in the email which is then never given to me.  i am awaiting the contractor applying for the permit.  I am very disappointed that this has yet to be resolved.
