Mike the owner, responded to my call right away. He met with me that morning and gave me a fair estimate to remove the tree and take down another tree next to it. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone that wants a fair price and job done right. Would use him again in the future.
Mike, the owner of the company, arrived at our home to assess our situation within an hour from the time we called him. He was pleasant and price appeared reasonable so we decided to give him the job.
The team worked carefully and diligently.
We were satisfied with the result and will recommend Mike and his team to others.
The owner, Michael Guigliano, came two times. He and his crew removed the fallen tree and cut down the other two trees, and he promised to come back to finish the job. This was on February. 29, 2012. Since then he has not returned. The cut trees are still on the ground in our yard and the stump was never removed. Every time we call, we receive excuses and promises.
We found out today from the Nassau County Department of Consumers Affairs that Mr. Guigliano's business license in Nassau County expired in April 2012 and has not been renewed.
We also found out that the business address was listed as 9 Crown Street, North Babylon, NY 11703. We called the Suffolk County Department of Consumers Affairs and were told that his business license in Suffolk County expired in August 2011.
