It went very well. Two prior layers of roofing had to be removed. The crew was great and not a drop of materials were left anywhere. Very neat! The only downside was having to wait for the job to start because Lanzello is in such high demand! But it was worth it.

The job was completed in one day.  There were no issues.  Everything was handled with total professionalism.

We worked with Bryan and his team for roofing at our prior house. They did a great job there and we were pleased to find out they did construction work too so hired them for our project. They did an outstanding job with three teams (roof, construction, trim) and Bryan or his Team Leader John were at the site every day, sometimes all day and hands-on with the work. They were both extremely useful in resolving a few issues that came up with our house. We ended up adding a few things to our job and Bryan and John took care of it. The cleanup crew did a nice job (well, some small trim pieces around, but that is probably unavoidable). Also, Bryan's office staff confirmed meetings and got a hold of Bryan quickly; that was appreciated. All in all, 2 satisfied customers here and we will recommend Bryan and Lanzello to others.

I had several other Roofers come in and could not find a leak I had for almost 2 years. Bryan came in and knew immediately where it was. He sent in his crew the next day and I never had a leak since. His price was VERY fair , his crew courteous and even called the following 2 rains to make sure it was fixed. I have never met him before this job. Thanks Bryan. 

After a major rainstorm confirmed my suspicions that fairly new roof was leaking on the side of my house (water dripping into dining room), I contacted several roofing and remodeling companies for their assessment and estimates. Got differing opinions as to problem (improper flashing; leak from attic window above dining room). Solutions, costs and warranties varied widely, as did limitations on what would or would not be included in the job (e.g., one company would not touch up paint even though I had could supply same). The following factors led me to select Lanzello Remodeling and the finished job left me completely satisfied for the reasons to be enumerated: 1) Mr. Lanzello was extremely prompt in every meeting, arriving on time for the estimate, for the work, for the follow-up. 2) Phone calls were also very quickly returned. He even has an after-hours phone service to take calls and forward emergency messages. 3) Office staff is very pleasant, professional, efficient, and helpful, both on the phone and in-person at the office. Proof of insurance and licensing were swiftly provided by e-mail, as was the written proposal. 4) Mr. Lanzello himself is very nice, patient, and helpful, and takes time to answer unpredicted questions about unrelated issues, providing references for work not done by his company. He completely inspired my confidence as to what the problem was and what would correct it. 5) Price was very reasonable, warranty was the best, and promised work was comprehensive, such that nothing would be left for homeowner to do. 6) Work was begun and completed on 5/30/14. Two individuals, including a foreman, performed the work which took longer than projected. At no time did they rush the job, instead taking whatever time was necessary to do it correctly and neatly. They entertained questions as they went along, allowing me to feel comfortable about what was being done. They were systematic, neat, respectful, and a joy to work with. In addition to the flashing issue, and at no extra charge, they caulked around my side door awning so no rain would drip on me, and, they oiled a small step ladder that I was ready to discard, thinking it could not be fixed. I am thrilled to report that we have had 2 or 3 significant rainstorms since the work was done and my dining room is dry!!! Mr. Lanzello's office followed up immediately after work was done to ask if I was satisfied, and again after rain to determine if solution was effective. I'd also like to note that payment options were varied and easily accomplished, either by phone, by mail, by stopping by at office or by arranging for Mr. Lanzello to come by to pick it up. Further, though I offered the workers something to eat and drink, they merely accepted some bottled water and expressed very sincere gratitude for that. I hope I have not omitted anything because I want it to be clear that I am a very satisfied customer. I would not hesitate to call Lanzello Remodeling for other necessary work, and I am pleased to sport their free tee shirts and key ring to advertise this business. I hope that more individuals will engage this company and that the volume of reviews on Angies' List will increase to drive more business in Lanzello's direction.

Note: About a year after this work was done Bryan's guys made some repairs to loose siding( not installed by him) and adjusted the fit on an exterior door as a favor to me

How did it go? Great! All of the work that Bryan Christopher Lanzello Remodeling Company does is done to perfection. And Bryan Lanzello will not settle for anything less than perfect. For example, when my upstairs bathroom was being installed, the bathroom floor in the shower wasn't tiled exactly right and as a result, the water wasn't draining fast enough to Bryan's liking. . . so he made his crew come back, rip up the floor and tile it all over again. This was all his idea and he demanded that it be done. This issue with the bathroom floor was hardly an issue to my husband or myself but rather something that Bryan noticed because he is a perfectionist. And let's face it, when you are having construction done in your house, you want perfection! Bryan hires great people to do the work in your house. The guys that he has sent to my house over the years are all trustworthy and do great work. I always left the workers alone in my house and never worried about anything while I was gone. My house was always swept clean and left in a very tidy manner each day. When Bryan Lanzello is working in your house it feels like your job is the only job he has at the time. In other words, he spends a great deal of time with you as the customer and he is very involved in the planning of your job as well. Bryan Lanzello met me several times in various tile and plumbing stores to help me with making the appropriate selections for my projects. Bryan Lanzello makes you feel like he has all the time in the world for you while he is working in your house and truthfully, he has many other jobs, and although his time really is precious, he strives to make you feel like you are his only customer. He truly values his clients! I will continue to choose Bryan Lanzello Remodeling Company for future home repairs and/or renovations. He is trustworthy, reasonable, friendly, professional, easy to talk to, and most importantly, knowledgeable about the work that he does in your home. My house looks so beautiful, thanks to Bryan Lanzello and the workers he employs!

All jobs, no matter how big or small, were completed in a timely and professional manner. All jobs ran smoothly since Bryan, the owner, was at our house daily to oversee the crew, work out any details and answer any questions that we might've had. Something that stands out to us, and keeps us coming back to this company, is the personal service that Lanzello Remodeling provides. Bryan was always there to hear our ideas and even suggest his own input and expertise. Many times he had more practical suggestions that we had never even thought of. He is truly a talented contractor who knows what he is doing. He was very helpful and supportive during all projects which is nice because, as a homeowner, it can be a bit nerve-wracking to have work done on your home. Fortunately, that is not the case with this company. We had absolutely no worries with Lanzello Remodeling and we have recommended them to several family members and friends, who have also used them with the same wonderful results.

The entire job ran smoothly. The crew was polite, organized, and always professional. The promised progress was made each and every day. The owner, Bryan was at our work site daily to discuss the work done and to hear our input and thoughts. We made some minor changes in comparison to our original envisions once the work was in progress. Bryan and his crew were compliant and helpful in making these changes easy. Work on a home is never easy and flawless, but I must say this job came close.
We have recommended Lanzello Remodeling to friends and family and will continue to do so. We would most certainly use Lanzello Remodeling for our future home updates and renovations.

Bryan Christopher Lanzello was very personable, prompt and the service was great. They did a great job. My roof has not had a problem since. He also remodeled our kitchen, front, installed a fence and rescreened our porch.
