Mary Jo Karpenko was our realtor, and she did a wonderful job. She has proven to be thorough, concise, and knowledgeable in her field. We've been through many purchases together, and I'm not giving her up for anything!

While our son attended the University of Rochester, he lived in a home we purchased near campus. We live near Cleveland so we depended greatly on our agent, Terry Wolak . He was great. He managed everything. In the final analysis you pick one agent, but he was fully supported by Northnagle whenever we needed to contract with someone to prepare the home for sale. I would use him and his firm again and recommend both for your consideration.

He is very thorough and not pushy. He paid close attention to our wants and needs and knew more clearly in the end what we wanted and needed better than we did. He was always available by text and phones through the entire process, even when he was on vacation.
